At KR Public School, we believe that a strong partnership between the school and parents is essential for the holistic development of each student. Your support and cooperation are highly valued in creating a structured, disciplined, and nurturing environment for your ward.
Ensure your ward reaches school at least *5 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the classroom.
Do not send your child to school if they are unwell. Rest and recovery at home is crucial.
All correspondence from the school should be acknowledged and responded to promptly. This includes circulars, notices, and messages from teachers or administration.
Without an official gate pass, students will not be permitted to leave the school during school hours. They will not be handed over to strangers under any circumstance.
Provide your child with all necessary academic materials such as textbooks, notebooks, stationery, and proper uniform.
Regularly check and sign your child’s handbook to stay updated on their academic performance, homework, and teacher feedback.
Motivate your ward to complete assignments on time and revise daily lessons at home.
Attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings, especially the scheduled monthly meeting on the fourth Saturday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM to discuss your child’s progress.
Pay school fees and transport dues within the stipulated dates to avoid late fines or service interruptions.
Do not send cash with your ward unless it is officially requested through a written circular from the school office.
Any planned leave should be communicated in advance with a written leave application. Part-time leave requests will not be accepted except in emergencies.
Ensure that your ward maintains regular attendance and abides by the school’s academic calendar.
Avoid sending costly items like gold/silver ornaments, expensive pens, fancy bottles, gadgets, or toys with your child.
Check your child’s school bag, timetable, and ECA schedule regularly to ensure they are prepared for the day’s activities.
