Student Withdrawals

We understand that in certain circumstances, a student may need to withdraw from the school. The process is streamlined and must be initiated in accordance with school policy.

Withdrawal Procedure

A written application for withdrawal must be submitted by the parent/guardian to the school office at least 30 days in advance

Transfer Certificate (T.C.) will be issued: only upon:

          - Clearance of all dues and fees.

          - Return of all library books and school belongings.

T.C. will be issued within 7 working days* after the request is processed and approvals are obtained from relevant departments.

The reason for withdrawal should be clearly mentioned in the application.

No Transfer Certificate will be issued during the examination period or without settling all academic and administrative records.

Note: Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, including withdrawal.
